KATHY'S SWEET TEXAS TEA RECIPE

ME AND PAUL BECAME ADDICTED TO KATHY'S SWEET TEXAS TEA. EVEN THE RESTAURANT TEA IS NOT AS GOOD AS HERS.
KATHY'S SWEET TEXAS TEA RECIPE
4 TEA BAGS
1 CUP SUGAR
2 QRTS BOILING WATER
2 QRTS TAP WATER
SHE GETS A ONE GALLON PITCHER AND PUTS THE TEA BAGS AND SUGAR IN. THEN SHE POURS 2 QUARTS OF BOIING WATER OVER THEM TO DISSOLVE THE SUGAR AND START THE TEA STEEPING. SHE COVERS IT WITH A LID AND LETS IT STEEP ABOUT 5 MINS OR SO. THEN SHE FILLS THE PITCER WITH TAP WATER AND LETS IT CONTINUE TO STEEP AND COOL. MOST OF THE TIME PAUL AND I START DRINKING IT BEFORE IT EVEN COOLS.
ITS REALLY REALLY GOOD!
